• Will this help me manage my bookkeeper?
  • Knowing if your bookkeeping is good or not is a huge concern for most business owners. There are a few ways this membership will help- 1) our accountability calls will give you a structured place to review your financials each month. This is the most important thing you can do to make sure bookkeeping is correct. 2) you have email access to a CFO so if something looks off you can send it our way and someone can give direction on what might be off.
• I need to talk to a CFO a few times a year- is that possible?
  • YES! Members can book a call with a CFO when they need it at a reduced fee than our one-time strategy calls for non-members. Feel free to use it once a year or 7 times a year. Our CFOs will also suggest moving up in services to keep your costs down as your business grows.
• What if I need a budget created for me?
  • Just reach out to our team and we'll scope a flat-rate project to build you a budget. Our rates are between $1200-$6000 for a budget depending on what you need.
• What will the workshops focus on?
  • These workshops are specifically designed from the perspective of what a CEO / Business owner needs to understand about finance. We won't teach you how to be your own CFO; we will teach you how to level up as a leader. All leaders need to understand finance to serve their businesses. Our first workshop will be on September 10th at 9am PT and will walk you through creating a budget.
